Yes. The free plan includes a public board with unlimited posts, votes, and comments - enough to start collecting and ranking feedback without a card.
How does billing work for a team?
One subscription covers your whole organization. You can run multiple workspaces - each with its own board, branding, and subdomain - all under a single bill.
How is the price calculated?
You're billed only for members who can act on feedback - owners, admins, and moderators. Read-only viewers are free and unlimited. We charge the highest seat count reached in a billing period and prorate changes.
Can I try the AI features?
Every workspace gets a 14-day trial of AI triage - auto-tagging, duplicate detection, and spam filtering - so you can see the value before committing to a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
